Baytril Otic enrofloxacin/silver sulfadiazine is indicated as a treatment for canine otitis externa complicated by bacterial and fungal organisms susceptible to enrofloxacin and/or silver sulfadiazine. Each mL contains enrofloxacin 5 mg 0.5% w/v, silver sulfadiazine SSD 10 mg 1.0% w/v, benzyl alcohol as a preservative and cetylstearyl alcohol as a stabilizer in a neutral oil and purified water emulsion. Federal law prohibits the extralabel use of this drug in food-producing animals.

Ceraven SA Otic Cleansing Solution cleans, dries, and deodorizes the ear canal. Contains salicylic acid, a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) to exfoliate and penetrate dead skin cells, wax build-up, and dirt. Ceramides and avenanthramides are skin nourishing nutrients that moisturize and calm the skin. They also support the skin’s natural immune system and provide building blocks for renewed skin barrier integrity.

Epi Otic Advanced is a non-irritating ear cleanser formulated with anti-adhesive properties to prevent microbial attachment. Patented anti-odor technology eliminates ear canal odor. May be used to cleanse ear canals with severe otitis externa or prior to administration of other ear preparations in the treatment of otitis externa. For use in dogs and cats of any age. Contains 0.2% salicylic acid.

Otomax Ointment is a combination steroid, antibacterial, and antifungal ointment used to treat acute and chronic otitis in Dogs.

Posatex is a once-a-day treatment for otitis externa in dogs associated with susceptible strains of yeast Malassezia pachydermatis and bacteria coagulase positive staphylococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterococcus faecalis. The 7-day treatment is designed to make compliance easier and bring fast relief.

QuadraClear is recommended to promote ear health and maintain a natural flora balance in the ears of dogs and puppies. May aid in limiting discomfort associated with overgrowth of bacteria, fungus, and yeast, and used in conjunction with antibiotic treatments. Contains a natural insecticide for mite control.

Surolan is an FDA-approved prescription product that is the treatment of first choice for canine otitis externa associated with yeast and/or bacteria susceptible to miconazole and polymyxin B. With no known resistance issues, Surolan is ideally suited for new cases or cases unresponsive to previous treatments.
It is a non-aqueous suspension of:&nbsp Miconazole nitrate as the antifungal, Polymyxin B sulphate as the anti-bacterial, Prednisolone acetate as the anti-inflammatory and antipruritic

Synotic Otic Solution contains fluocinolone acetonide 0.01% and dimethyl sulfoxide 60%. Indicated for the relief of pruritus and inflammation associated with acute and chronic otitis in dogs.

Vetoquinol Ear Cleaning Solution is a comprehensive formulation for both dogs and cats that cleans, dries, acidifies and deodorizes ears.
