Glipizide is used to reduce the blood sugar level in diabetic cats. It can be administered through out a cat's life in order to maintain the blood sugar at acceptable levels. The drug also helps to increase the tissue sensitivity so that even smaller doses of insulin work more effectively. Glipizide 5mg tablets are immediate release tablets and work by stimulating the insulin secretion contained in the beta cells of the pancreatic islets.

Lutalyse is used as a luteolytic agent in cattle, parturition induction in swine, and luteolytic effect in mares.

Megestrol is a synthetic chemical similar to the female hormone progesterone and is used to postpone estrus female's heat cycle and help end a false pregnancy.

Selegiline is generic Eldepryl or Anipryl, also known as L-Deprenyl. Selegiline is used to treat canine cognitive dysfunction and a type of Cushing's disease caused by a pituitary tumor.  

Vetoryl or Trilostane is an adrenocortical suppressant for oral use in dogs only and is used for the treatment of hyperadrenocorticism, also known as Cushing's Disease. Cushing's Disease is a condition where too much of the hormone cortisol is produced.
