For cats weighing over 20lbs, using more than 1 single dose is not advised. Cheristin® for cats (spinetoram) is specifically formulated for cats and kittens 8 weeks of age and older that weigh 1.8 pounds or greater. Do not use more than a single dose on cats that weigh more than 20 pounds.

One dose, every month.

General Guidelines:

Easy to apply from a small tube with a rounded-tip applicator.

Treatment can begin any time of the year, preferably one month before fleas become active, and should continue through the end of flea season.
In areas where fleas may be active all year, monthly treatment with Cheristin should continue year-round without interruption.
If you miss a dose, simply apply and resume a monthly application schedule that begins one month from the application of the last dose.
To avoid a flea re-infestation, treat all animals in your household with a veterinarian-approved flea-protection product.
