Warnings, Side Effects and Drug Interactions
Do not use in animals with a history of allergic reactions to penicillins. Clavamox has the potential to induce allergic, including anaphylactic shock reactions. Should you note any adverse reaction to the product, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian immediately.
The safety of Clavamox has not been determined in pregnant or breeding animals.
Storage
Store tablets in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not above 77°F 25°C.
Drops: Refrigerate product once reconstituted. Discard any unused suspension 10 days after reconstitution.

Instructions
Dosage and Administration
Give Clavamox Tablets and Clavamox Drops with food. Do not remove the Clavamox Tablets from foil strip until ready to use.
It is important to follow your Veterinarian's prescription instructions for your pet
Dose 6.25mg/lb twice daily, as directed by your veterinarian.
For Drops:
In dogs, this dose corresponds to 1mL/10lbs, in cats 1mL is adequate for most animals.
If no response is seen after 5 days for dogs, or 3 days for cats, discontinue therapy and reassess treatment. For most diseases, therapy should be continued at least 48 hours past clinical resolution. In chronic or refractory cases, it may be necessary to treat for a longer period. Therapy should not exceed 30 days duration.
The suspension should be reconstituted by adding 14mL of water to the powder and shaking vigorously.
For Tablets:
Dogs: The recommended dosage is 6.25 mg/lb (1 mL/10 lb) of body weight twice a day. Skin and soft tissue infections such as abscesses, cellulitis, wounds, superficial/juvenile pyoderma, and periodontal infections should be treated for 5-7 days or for 48 hours after all symptoms have subsided
Cats: The recommended dosage is 62.5 mg (1 mL) twice a day. Skin and soft tissue infections such as abscesses and cellulitis/dermatitis should be treated for 5-7 days or 48 hours after all symptoms have subsided, not to exceed 30 days. If no response is seen after 3 days of treatment, therapy should be discontinued and the case reevaluated.
