Directions for use:

Initial oral administration (4 to 6 week period)

5 to 14 lbs: 1/4 tablet daily

15 to 29 lbs: 1/2 tablet daily

30 to 59 lbs: 1 tablet daily

60 to 99 lbs: 2 tablets daily

100 lbs. and over: 2 1/2 tablets daily

Maintenance administration

5 to 14 lbs = 1/4 tablet daily or may reduce to 1/4 tablet every other day

15 to 29 lbs = 1/2 tablet daily or may reduce to 1/2 tablet every other day

30 to 59 lbs: 1/2 tablet daily

60 to 99 lbs: 1 tablet daily

100 lbs. and over: 1 1/2 tablets daily
