Duramune Lyme +Max 5-CvK/4L is a canine combination vaccine containing 10 antigens including modified-live distemper, adenovirus 2, parvovirus 2b, and parainfluenza. It also includes inactivated (killed) coronavirus, Borrelia burgdorferi, Leptospira serovars, L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. icterohaemorrhagiae and L. pomona. 

Metacam, meloxicam, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory NSAID medication used to treat pain and inflammation in dogs over the age of 6 months. 

It also has other benefits, including fever reduction. Meloxicam is available in an oral liquid form that makes it easy to titrate to the lowest dose that is effective in each patient
