Revolt for Dogs and Cats

Revolt is recommended for use in dogs six weeks of age or older for the following parasites and indications:

• Kills adult fleas and prevents flea eggs from hatching for one month  and is indicated for the prevention and control of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis)
• Prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis
• Treatment and control of ear mite (Otodectes cynotis) infestations
• Treatment and control of sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei)
• Control of tick infestations due to Dermacentor variabilis

DOSAGE:

The recommended minimum dose is 2.7 mg selamectin per pound (6 mg/kg) of body weight.

Administer the entire contents of a single dose tube (or two tubes used in combination for dogs weighing over 130 pounds) of Revolt topically in accordance with the following tables. 

For cats over 22 lbs use the appropriate combination of tubes.

Follow the below instructions once a month:

1. Hold tube upright
2. Press cap down until you hear click cap punctures applicator seal.
3. Remove cap and check to be sure tip of tube is open.
4. Part hair at base of neck and place tube on visible skin area.
5. Squeeze tube 3 to 4 times in one spot until empty.  Keep tube squeezed to avoid drawing liquid back  into  tube.
6. While keeping tube squeezed, drag it away from the liquid and life up to remove.
7. Ensure tube is emtpy.
